We review new profiles, and they go through a multi-step quality assurance process. Also, we have a very reliable rating system – you can gauge the quality and trustworthiness of the pet sitter from the reviews. Moreover, in each profile, you can see the response rate, the last login date, and uploaded resumes, certificates, and references. This allows you to assess whether the person is active on our platform and what experiences other clients have had with them.
You can assume a reliable person if the profile meets the following criteria:
- A professional profile picture
- At least two good reviews
- An appealing introduction text
- References (either already uploaded or available upon request)
