How do I report a user?

We are determined to make Tierio safe and trustworthy for all users. Although we check every profile, there may be rare cases in which content is published before we get the chance to check it. For this reason, we are grateful for your help in making our platform safer.

How to report an inappropriate profile or job offer:
 

• Log into your user account on Tierio.
• Open the profile or job offer that you want to report.
• Scroll to the bottom of the profile/job offer and select “Report problem or block user”. 
• Select the option “Flag as inappropriate” and follow the instructions that follow.

Please describe exactly why you are reporting the user. The more information we receive, the more we can do about the problem.

The profile/job offer you have reported will then be thoroughly checked, and our customer service team will take appropriate further steps.
