Why is no one responding to my messages?

The more complete your profile is, the more likely you are to receive responses to your applications. Pet owners want to get a full picture of you to quickly find a suitable dog sitter or cat sitter.
So, first check your profile and fill it out as completely as possible:

• Upload a friendly photo of yourself.
• Ask former clients for a positive review: You can receive up to 2 reviews from outside the platform.
• Write an appealing description text.
• Check if your hourly rate is in the same range as the hourly rates of other pet sitters in your area.
• You can upload reference letters, certificates, and other relevant employment documents under "Documents" in your profile.
• If you've done all this and still haven't received a response, it could be because the client:
• Has not read your message yet and therefore has not responded,
• Has already found something suitable and forgot to deactivate the job offer,
• Is currently on vacation,
• Is not yet a premium member and couldn't read your message.
