How does the payment process work?

It's best you and your employer discuss the payment method of your salary before starting work and documenting it in your employment contract. Ensure to discuss:

  • Hourly wage or monthly salary?
  • Billing period, e.g., will they pay you at end of the month or after each work session?
  • Payment method: bank transfer, cash, PayPal?
