What is the satisfaction guarantee, and when can I claim it?

Tierio connects pet owners and pet sitters to effortlessly find the perfect care for dogs, cats, and other pets. Our goal is for both seekers and providers to enjoy a smooth and positive experience on our platform.

This is why we have introduced the Satisfaction Guarantee, which applies to all Premium Members – both pet owners and pet sitters. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchasing your Premium Membership, for instance, because:

  • You couldn't establish contact with a pet owner or pet sitter,
  • You couldn't find a pet owner or pet sitter who meets your requirements,
  • Our platform did not meet your expectations,
  • Or you are dissatisfied for any other reason,

You can take advantage of our Satisfaction Guarantee.

How to use it:

Please contact our Support Team within the first 14 days of your Premium Membership using the contact form and inform us about the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us in continuously improving Tierio and our service.

We will then refund the amount of your Premium Membership 💸 – no questions asked – to the original payment method used 💳.

Important:

Please contact our customer support directly if you have any questions about refunds. This way, we can arrange your satisfaction guarantee quickly and easily. A chargeback and report from the payment provider (payment conflict) usually delays the process significantly, as the amount is blocked during the often long processing time – we can no longer arrange a refund during this time.
